Welcome to Floxf. This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Floxf application and all related services, features, and content provided within the app. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Floxf, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms described in this document.
This agreement is designed to be clear, user‑friendly, and free of complex legal language. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the app and uninstall it from your device.
Floxf is a professional, offline‑first handmade chocolate crafting application designed for enthusiasts, home creators, and small workshop users. The app allows you to create, edit, save, and organize detailed chocolate recipes with full ingredient lists, measurements, production steps, and personalized notes.
You can build a visual gallery to document your finished chocolate creations using photos, record workshop moments with images, titles, captions, and mood tags, and arrange your entire creative journey into a personal timeline. Floxf also provides simple statistics to track your total recipes and documented creations.
All core features of Floxf are available without login, registration, or personal data submission. You may use the app anonymously with full functionality.
Floxf includes optional AI-powered design tools to enhance your creative experience. These tools can generate chocolate product mockups, enhance photos, design custom packaging concepts, and provide creative inspiration ideas. All AI-generated content can be saved, managed, and viewed in a dedicated gallery.

We guarantee that the AI service never collects, accesses, or uploads your device location, local photos, or private data unless you explicitly submit text descriptions for generation purposes.
No images, location data, or device identifiers are transmitted to the AI server at any time.
AI tools are optional add‑on services and are not required to use Floxf’s core functionality. You may use the app completely offline without enabling any AI features.
When you access any AI tool for the first time, Floxf will display a formal authorization request to obtain your explicit consent before connecting to the external API.
You maintain full and permanent control over AI services, including the right to:
Once disabled, the app will immediately cease all communication with the AI service until you manually reactivate it.
All content you create within Floxf—including recipes, photos, notes, captions, mood tags, timeline entries, and AI-generated designs—remains stored locally on your device by default.
Neither Floxf nor its AI partners have access to your local files, photo library, or personal content unless you manually import content into the app for personal use.
You retain full ownership of all content you create. You may edit, organize, share, or delete your content at any time. Deleted content is removed permanently from your device and is not stored or backed up on any external server.
By using Floxf, you agree to use the app for lawful, personal, and non‑commercial purposes unless you have explicit permission for commercial usage.
You may not use the app to create content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates public morals. You are solely responsible for all content you create using Floxf.
The app is intended for personal use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the app or its content is prohibited.
Floxf may release periodic updates to improve performance, fix bugs, enhance design, and add new features. Updates are intended to create a smoother and more enjoyable user experience.
Updates will not alter your local data storage structure, delete your saved content, or change your privacy settings without prior notice.
We may temporarily suspend services during critical maintenance, but every effort will be made to minimize disruption to your offline usage.
Floxf is built with privacy as a core principle. The app does not collect personal information, account credentials, location data, or browsing history.
No user data is transmitted to external servers without direct user action. AI services only process the text you voluntarily submit.
Your photos, recipes, and personal creations never leave your device unless you choose to export or share them manually.
Floxf is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis for personal use. While we strive to deliver a stable, reliable, and high‑quality experience, we do not guarantee that the app will operate error‑free or uninterrupted at all times.
AI-generated content is for inspiration and reference only. Floxf does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or originality of AI outputs.
You use the app at your own discretion and responsibility.
We may update this User Agreement occasionally to reflect app improvements, new features, or policy adjustments. When changes occur, the updated version will be posted within the app with a new effective date.
Continued use of Floxf after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using Floxf at any time by uninstalling the application. There are no locked accounts or mandatory subscriptions.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain features or services in the future, but core offline functions will remain available to preserve your stored content.
